Telephone payments - By Card: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Switch/Maestro and Visa Delta payment cards.
Post - By Cheque: Please make cheques payable to Lydia Campbell. Please write your home address, cheque guarantee card number, expiry date and issue number on the reverse.
Returns and Exchanges
We unconditionally guarantee anything you purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase we have a no quibble policy on returns. However, we would appreciate it if you would notify us within 7 days after receipt of goods, and return goods to us within 21 days of purchase. Please ensure that the goods are unworn and in the original condition. The customer must prepay the cost of return shipping. (Other than incorrect or faulty items) Unfortunately we cannot be responsible for customer returns that are not received. So please obtain a certificate of posting.
Refund Process
Your refund will be credited back to the original method of payment. A credit will be posted to your account approximately 2 days after the date of processing. It may take up to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
Delivery Information
Most in-stock items dispatched within 24 hours of ordering; however, some orders may take up to 48 hours to process.
Items ordered together may not be shipped out on the same day, and occasionally, because our selection of clothes and jewellery are always in flux, some items will have limited availability. You will be alerted to any delivery delay at the time of order. Should there be any other delay associated with your order, we will notify you as soon as we become aware of it.
Please allow 7 working days for the goods to arrive. Deliveries are made during working hours and may require a signature. We do not dispatch on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. This regular service costs £5.50.
Express Delivery: There is an extra £3.00 charge and is available for in-stock items on orders received before 1pm. Delivery will be on the next working day. For those orders received after 1pm, delivery will be within two working days. - in case of doubt please phone 020 7 652 1281 for confirmation.
